📋 Return Policy – Clear Choice Pet Meds

At Clear Choice Pet Meds, every prescription is custom-made for your pet’s unique needs. Because compounded medications are prepared specifically for an individual animal, federal and state pharmacy laws prohibit us from accepting returns or issuing refunds once an order has been dispensed.

This policy is in place to ensure the safety of your pet and to maintain the integrity of our medications.

❌ No Returns or Exchanges

• Compounded prescriptions cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason once they leave our pharmacy.

• This includes unused, partially used, or unopened medications.

✅ If You Have a Problem With Your Prescription

• If you believe your medication was prepared incorrectly or you received the wrong order, please contact us immediately at (248) 987-6182.

• We will investigate the issue promptly and, if necessary, prepare a replacement at no additional cost.
